Within this pathway, you’ll support the manufacture of products in terms of process, quality, efficiency, production and cost working closely with the Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Operations and Production teams.

Which apprenticeship opportunity does this Pathway offer?

· Industrialisation Engineer Apprentice (Leeds, Manufacturing Based)

As an Industrialisation Engineer Apprentice, you’ll help to improve Schneider’s industrial processes in terms of ergonomics, labour cost and lead time. This includes driving projects, executing different implementations (line architecture & industrialisation) and guarantee the performance of industrial processes, applying Lean tools and SPS (Schneider Performance System) methodology.


· Industrial Engineer Apprentice (Scarborough, Office Based)

As an Industrial Engineer Apprentice, you’ll help lead the Digital Transformation across all of Schneider’s sites. You’ll ensure that processes are automated and digitised whilst keeping close control on Productivity, Efficiency and Effectiveness via target measuring. You’ll also monitor Schneider’s Carbon Footprint and create action plans to reduce and eliminate the impact of the business on the environment.
