Digital Marketing Apprentice:



Morgan Hunt is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to contribute significantly to the launch and administration of the Black Leadership Job Board.



This dynamic platform aims to empower Black* professionals in advancing their leadership careers. As a Digital Marketing Apprentice/Multi Channel Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the job board by overseeing social media marketing and administration, allowing you to leave an enduring mark on this innovative initiative.



Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm including an hour for lunch, 40 hours per week



The Role:



Social Media Marketing





  • Content Creation: Create engaging social media posts to share the mission and values of the Black Leadership Job Board.


  • Content Calendar Management: Schedule posts across multiple social media platforms for maximum reach and engagement.


  • Visual Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics and multimedia content that aligns with the brand guidelines.


  • Analytics and Reporting: Use tools to track social media performance, gather insights, and create reports to improve marketing strategies.




Job Board Administration





  • Job Listings Management: Post and manage job listings on the Black Leadership Job Board, making sure they are accurate and relevant.


  • Client Interaction: Be a responsive point of contact for user inquiries, ensuring a positive experience by addressing concerns and offering assistance.


  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients and employers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting partnerships.




Morgan Hunt Administration: This role will also include various administrative tasks to aid the Morgan Hunt marketing team.



Query Resolution: Collaborate with the wider Morgan Hunt team to handle and resolve job board-related queries promptly and effectively.



Experience Required





  • Social Media Management


  • Familiarity with planning and executing social media content, understanding platform dynamics, and engaging with audiences.


  • Graphic Design Skills


  • Basic proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe, to create visually appealing content following brand guidelines.


  • Organisation Skills


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise effectively
    Communication Skills


  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and client interaction.




(Desirable) Video Editing: Familiarity with video editing tools



Entry Requirements:





  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)


  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject




You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.



If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
