As a Weapon Technician, you will be in charge of maintaining and managing weapons and explosives, making sure they’re ready at a moments notice. These include aircraft bombs, smart weapons, missiles, ammunition and individual weapons.
RAF Weapon Technician - Level 3 Apprenticeship
Starting Pay - £18,600 + benefits
Pay until completion of technical training - £25,200 + benefits
Pay on completion of technical training* - £27,200 + benefits
*After you have completed one year of service and successfully completed Professional Workplace Assessments on first posting.
Applications are rolling and start dates vary throughout the year depending on when you've submitted your application.

Engineering Technicians take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the work they undertake within the limits of their personal authority.
