Description
As an
apprentice call handler you will divide your time between actively completing
your Apprenticeship studies and being the first point of contact for our customers with
the aim of successfully converting this into a booking opportunity. You will be
working in our customer service centre, addressing customer’s queries via
telephone, email and live chat. The calls you will receive will be varied.
In this role
you will also learn the importance providing all our customers with details of
appropriate advice and services in line with our duty of care obligations. You
will be required up update and maintain our customer data bases.
On the job
training is provided and you will be paired up with an experienced advisor. 20%
of your working hours will be spent studying a level two standard Apprenticeship.
The customer
service centre is open between the hours of 08:00 -18:00 Monday to Friday and
08:30 – 14:00 Saturdays.

- Personify

and members of the public, putting yourself in the customers’ shoes in order to
deliver the highest level of customer experience.

of care obligations.

set out to achieve and exceed departmental objectives.
- Ensure
all Brand standards are adhered to at all times.
- Accurately
record customer and vehicle information ensuring the data is up to date in
order that customers can be prospected to secure repeat and incremental
business.

GCSE (or
equivalent) Maths and English at grade D or above desirable but not essential.
Customer
Service Practitioner Level 2.
This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means
that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend
college. The successful candidate will be allocated an assessor who will visit
on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the
qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.

Please note that the wage does vary depending on age, see further details below: Candidates aged Under 18 £6.40 per hour Candidates aged 18-20 £8.60 per hour Candidates aged 21+ £11.44 per hour. You will also have to opportunity to earn an additional £3000 in bonus
per year.
