Description

Dougal's Doggy Digs is a doggy day care, boarding and grooming facility near Oakhanger in Cheshire.

They are looking for applicants who are confident around all dog breeds to work as part of the team.

Ideally looking for a keen, ambitious person with a passion to work with animals.

They are a 5* rated licensed dog boarding business so high standards required and encouraged.

There will be early starts and 1-2 weekends per month will be required.

You do not need any previous experience however, it is essential you are confident in talking to clients and handling all types of dogs.

Duties to include;

  • handling and general care of dogs
  • exercising dogs
  • healthcare checks
  • cleaning
  • customer service

Skills: Communication, punctuality, willing to learn and be well presented.

30-35 hours per week over 5 days.

GCSE Level 4/ Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent.

All training will be provided on site during your paid working hours. Your day to day mentoring will be with your employer, and a combination of online and in person monthly sessions will be held with your Haddon Training Trainer Coach.
