Description
You will be responsible for:
- Share information to ensure HMPS needs are met. Work with HMPS on site vetting team to aid in the onboarding of new starters.
- Take direction from Site Manager and wider team members.
- Receives and disseminates information to other team members to ensure service delivery.
- Assist with the delivery of services to the client using a case management system.
- Input to and maintain spread sheets/databases/systems and produce and collate reports.
- Raise purchase orders and arrange payment of invoices.
- Process and handle confidential information with discretion.
- This?role will also support both local and business?zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a?strategic?and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.
- Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract.

As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a Business Administrator Apprenticeship Level 3 qualification which normally runs for 12/18 months. You will be fully supported by our partnered college to achieve this qualification by attending college 1-day per week, having 1-2-1 advice and support, e-learning materials, and a whole team of experts on hand for advice and technical knowledge at your office.
- A driving licence would be desirable.
- Minimum 2 GCSE’s Maths and English is required.
- Available to join the programme in September 2024
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Clearance check will be required if you are successful in your application
