You
will be responsible for:
- Routine and non-routine maintenance.
- Fault finding Identification of life expired
equipment.
- Check, repair and make good faults and life expired
equipment.
- Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.
- Mains water supply repairs.
- Minimise wastage and continually improve processes.
- Ensure statutory works are carried out to time and
that work is compliant.
- This role may include working at height and in all
weather conditions.
- This role will also support both local and
business?zero carbon programmes,
working towards zero carbon in a?strategic?and lean manner as and where
it is appropriate.
- Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are
achieved across the contract.

As part of your
Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a Plumbing and Domestic Heating
Technician Apprenticeship Level 3 qualification which normally runs for 48
months. You will be fully supported by our partnered college to achieve this
qualification by attending college 1-day per week, having 1-2-1 advice and
support, e-learning materials, and a whole team of experts on hand for advice
and technical knowledge at your office
- A driving licence would be desirable.
- Minimum 2 GCSE’s Maths and English is required.
- Available to join the programme in September 2024
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Clearance check will be required if you are
successful in your application
