Description
Main Duties:
- To proactively work to the D2C Sales
team processes and procedures in order to complete finance documentation
correctly and compliantly.
- To prepare and issue all finance
documentation for the customer and the motor dealer that is required for
finance pay-out including the request for proofs.
- Carry out due diligence checks of the
introducing Dealer and if appropriate the dealer set up.
- Maintaining the Dealer Database
- To undertake quality checks on the
vehicle to ensure it is in a position for us to move forward with the finance,
in line with company standards.
- Complete Customer Validation calls to
confirm customer identification, detect and escalate fraudulent attempts, to
identify and manage vulnerable customers, and ensure the customer fully
understands the finance terms.
- To accurately record documentation
issued, received and still outstanding in order to monitor and deliver an
efficient pay-out process.
- To regularly chase documentation to
ensure it is received correctly and in a timely manner.
- Undertake outbound calls to customers
and dealers to keep everyone informed of progress, manage expectations, and
chase the return of appropriate documentation.
- Respond promptly to emails and inbound
calls from customers and dealers in line with company standards.
- Check that all completed documentation
meets our criteria and once all correct pay-out documentation is received and
actions completed, proactively package and send to the Operations team for
action.
- Where documentation received triggers a
referral, to liaise with the Operational Underwriting team and ensure all
requirements are met.
- Follow up with the Operations team to
confirm pay-out timescales and completion.
- To keep Sales Executives up to date with
deal pay-out and conversion.
- To update internal systems with accurate
notes each time tasks and activities have been completed.
