We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our upholstery team at William Hands to learn the art of cutting, sewing and upholstering furniture. This will lead to you becoming an upholsterer under the Furniture Manufacturers apprenticeship scheme.

  • GCSE grade 5 or higher in English and Math's desirable, however, you will be supported to get these grades, if you do not have them.
  • All training to be carried out on our site at High Wycombe.
  • External trainer to come to site every 6 weeks.
  • One day per week will be spent on the computer doing course work.

  • Ideally you will have an interest in sewing and making things
  • Ideally have nimble fingers
