As part of their continued growth, they now have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to provide excellent customer service in all aspects of provisioning. In addition, providing business and sales support to existing customers around sales orders, quotes, and service renewals.


Key responsibilities:


After training, you will be responsible and supported on delivering below:



  • Manage supplier portals (MS, Cisco, BT and more) which aid you with processing and liaising with customers, resellers, partners and suppliers regarding order, queries, amendments and updates

  • Become a superuser of Salesforce (CRM system) to maintain customer records with asset and product credentials on Salesforce

  • Provide up to date progress reports on current opportunities, orders and workflows using relevant MS Package

  • Work in collaboration with colleagues regarding any provisioning orders being escalated or potential issues. This is vital in ensuring customer success

  • Chase, update and follow through to completion all orders, including escalations in a timely manner

  • Co-ordinate jobs/ arrange engineer visits

  • Ongoing maintenance and response for any provisioning related tasks

  • Adhere and contribute to the company’s quality system and processes, and their maintenance

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work cross functionally and interact confidently

  • Natural flair for delivering high levels of customer service and problem solving

  • Being proactive and autonomous when required

  • Team player – understand the importance of collaborative working

  • Excellent attention to detail achieving high levels of accuracy


Salary:


£11,520 - £15,480 per annum


Working hours:


Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.


On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
