You will be working alongside a team who will support your learning and help you make the best start to your career. You will receive hands-on experience in multiple areas of our organisation from registering invoices through LawWare to understanding and extracting relevant information from legal documents. In turn, you will grow and develop your skills in a way that will allow you to progress in your career and take on greater responsibility in the future



Responsibilities:





  • You will become a system expert of LawWare (a case management system) that allows you to store client information. Information must be kept up-to-date as you will pass this information over to your colleagues when collaborating about client cases


  • You will also use LawWare to raise invoices. After this, you will then track what invoices you raise on Microsoft Excel to manage outgoing and incoming finances


  • Provide a summary report of payments from various parties via Microsoft Excel


  • You will become confident using the Scottish Legal Aid Board portal where you will upload files on client accounts as well as logging value of the service provided


  • Act as first point of contact for clients where you will resolve their queries where necessary both via telephone and Microsoft Outlook. You will log information onto their case on LawWare

£16,000 per annum

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.



On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
