Our SHES training programme is designed to provide you with invaluable, hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of safety, health, and environmental management areas. You'll collaborate closely with seasoned professionals, taking on meaningful responsibilities such as supporting risk assessments, delving into accident and incident investigations, and ensuring adherence to vital regulations and standards.

As part of the programme, you will engage in dynamic rotations across the East of England network, gaining hands-on experience and honing your expertise. Training can include industry-respected qualifications such as NBOSH, IOSH, Foundation Safety Awareness and industry bespoke qualifications.
