Description

Founded in 2000, Quinn London has excelled to become one of the leading main contractors in London by combining specialist expertise with a fresh-thinking ethos and a client focused approach to delivering excellence, and are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to join their Hayes branch as an Apprentice Business Administrator.

The successful candidate will be joining the Property Service division, supporting the team in their day to day admin duties.

At Quinn London, you will be working towards your Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification over the course of 12-18 months.

Daily responsibilities will include:

- Organising and uploading documentation to the Quinn London system.

- Compiling all forms of documentation for the site team and client.

- Supporting the site team to obtain documentation as required.

- Maintaining documentation filed on the system and hard copy.

- Scanning and photocopying all required information for the site team.

- Supporting the Resident Liaison team with admin duties as required.

- Collating information as required for the site team in excel format.

- Supporting site managers to compile documentation for all property handover packs.

- Liaising with site staff and arranging for company ID cards.

- Creating site signage as required.

- A blend of virtual and in person meetings with your Learning Coach every 4-6 weeks.

- Excellent verbal and written English language skills. - Strong communication skills. - IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office/ Office 365 and Excel. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload accordingly. - Team focused and able to work with others to reach common goals. - Strong organisational skills.
GCSE Maths and English at a grade C or above desired. However, the successful candidate will complete Functional Skills in Maths and English if not previously attained.

Ongoing training and progression within the company. Several former apprentices have since progressed, and are now responsible for managing new apprentices within the business.
