Description
The apprentice will be required to carry out grounds maintenance work at local schools, doctors surgeries, private business and residential properties. This is a physically demanding role, including tasks such as:
- Mowing.
- Hedging (sometimes at height).
- Both hard and soft landscaping, fencing, joinery walling.
- Site clearance and occasional property maintenance.
- In Winter we are involved with gritting and snow clearing.
This company has been operating for 28 years and as a member of the team we would expect you to work to a high standard and maintain a good level of customer service.
You must be comfortable working outside in all weathers. All machinery is provided.
Due to the nature of the role and location you will be required to undertake a full DBS check.
starting wage apprenticeship minimum with an opportunity to earn a performance pay rise during the apprenticeship.
