Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Processing orders for supply & manufacture

· Liaising with customers in a variety of different means

· Co-ordinating with other departments such as transport and production

· Building relationships with our suppliers

· Inputting customer quotations

· Customer complaints administration

· Calling customers to advise of collections.

· Updating customers on order progress

· Face to face customer service

· Answering the main telephone and fielding calls to relevant departments

· General business administrative tasks

Any other duties / responsibilities to meet and fulfil the needs of the business


JOB DIMENSIONS / SCOPE: Operating Budget, other key metrics

Performance Indicators:

· Meeting customer expectations with regards to order and quote turn around

· Accurate and timely delivery of administrative and customer service responsibilities

· Complete Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship

· Working with both the Sales & Admin team to get an overview of United Roofing
