Description
List of Duties
- Making sure the gym is tidy and ready for classes.
- All fans are plugged in and switched on.
- Turn speaker on and put music on in the background.
- Count till float to open shift.
- Book members in to class on our membership system.
- Add tags to all trials via the laptop (if they turn up without booking in, you need to create a contact and add the tags to them)
- Call any members that have had missed payments by using Sonny’s phone to contact them.
- Checking and responding to any messages on our Sparks system and email.

Confident in using a laptop, using our gym membership system (training provided), able to get along with people of all ages (as we have child classes and adult classes) team player and ability to work well under pressure.
Maths and English GSCE grade 4/C minimum
You will be working towards your Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship with Exeter College.
Outgoing confident person, good time keeping, willing to learn, flexible and good organisation skills.
Level 3 Personal Training apprenticeship available once completing the Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship for the right applicant.
