Help with basic administartion procedures and companies social media. You really would be helping us here.
Deliver.
Bookeeping, Payroll, Monthly Accounts, VAT filings, CIS, Income Tax, Basic Tax rules, Self-Assessment, Sole Trader Accounts, Partnership Accounts, Limited Company Accounts, Company Secretarial, GDPR, filings to Companies House, Filings to HMRC, Making Tax Digital, and the list goes on.
Training will be given on Xero, Sage, Quickbooks, Tax Software, Croneri (Tax software), and all the packages a Practice need.
Retain.
Outstanding customer service to clients. how to manage time, prioritise work, get studies done, be commercial, support clients, conflict management, and many other skills.
Acquire:
How do we look for new business from existing clients, then new clients. What are the procedures for signing up new clients (first how do we build empathy, trust from client, then the Paperwork). The clients must trust us as we are handling very confidential data.
