Description
Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and troubleshooting, providing prompt and accurate resolutions to ensure a positive experience.
- Act as the first point of contact for client communications via phone, email, and other channels, maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.
On boarding New Clients:
- Guide new clients through the on boarding process, including setting up accounts, providing training on our systems and services, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new clients, facilitating a seamless integration into our platform and services.
Client Engagement:
- Engage with clients directly to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback, fostering strong relationships built on trust and reliability.
- Schedule and book meetings with potential customers, coordinating with sales representatives to optimise client acquisition efforts.
Client Satisfaction:
- Proactively check in with clients to assess their satisfaction with our services, address any issues or concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
