Description
The Hearsall Inn are looking for someone who is outgoing, hardworking and has a friendly personality, that can be flexible with their hours to join the team as an apprentice and help provide great service within a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
This is a great chance to start a career in the industry. There is an opportunity of progression to bar management for the right candidate
Duties to include:
- Greeting customers as they arrive
- Exceptional customer service skills, and help to create the warm friendly atmosphere the pub is famous for
- Serving drinks to a high standard
- Learning all product knowledge in order to assist customers in their choice
- Keeping stock up-to-date regularly
- Keeping all areas clean and tidy
- Processing Payments, Cash handling
As an apprentice, you will be included on a Hospitality Team Member apprenticeship.
Your qualification will be delivered by Inspiro Learning who will support your learning and development throughout your apprenticeship.
This will involve an assessor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your apprenticeship, so there is no college involved.
