You will be responsible for our email inbox, redirecting emails, maintaining our filing system, updating internal & external databases and assisting our team with general admin duties to ensure smooth running of the office.

· Provide general administrative support, answering and directing phone calls.

· Management of general inbox.

· Assisting with general admin duties.

· Basic data entry tasks.

· To maintain filing systems in line with organisations policies and procedures.

At Acorn Builders, you will be working towards the Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months, alongside your daily roles and responsiblities.
