As an Apprentice Warehouse Operative, you’ll be joining our diverse team of operatives where you’ll:
- process, pick, pack and dispatch online orders to our valued customers.
- be a vital part of our Warehouse team, working together and accurately to ensure the delivery of our products in a timely manner.
- Learn about the importance of Health & Safety and drive excellent standards throughout our Warehouse.

As an Apprentice you will be completing either a Level 2 Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship standard with Inspiro Learning.
You can start an apprenticeship whether you’re starting your career, want a change or you're upskilling in your current job. You can have a previous qualification like a degree and still start an apprenticeship.
As an apprentice you’ll:
- have regular one to one sessions with a dedicated trainer either remotely or through visits to your workplace
- learn and train for a specific job
- get paid and receive holiday leave
- get hands-on experience in a real job
- study for at least 20% of your working hours
- complete assessments during and at the end of your apprenticeship
- be on a career path with lots of future potential

Great communication skills, ability to work with pace and accuracy, experience working within a similar fast paced and target driven environment would be beneficial but not essential.

As an Apprentice Warehouse Operative you will be joining our Ecommerce team of operatives whilst completing a L2 Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship.
Team players who are flexible and enthusiastic.
This is a fixed term contract for at least the length of the apprenticeship programme. There will be an opportunity for the role to become permanent after 6 months on the apprenticeship programme, at this point the shift pattern will change to 4 on 4 off (6am – 6pm) and wage will increase to £12 an hour.
