Description

Working in a friendly team the role would suit a candidate with a can-do approach, customer focused and with a genuine desire to give excellent customer service in all aspects of their day. We are a busy operation with both a local following and due to the nature of the business attraction for many visiting the area. We are a multi gold award winning business, part of East Devon Excellence, Devon Food and Drink, a Rick Stein local hero and much more. The Mill is situated in a beautiful location and attracts a diverse range of customers.

Customer service experience , good communication skills key
Ideally GCSE 4/Functional skills 2 Maths and English
Once a fortnight at College and skills officer visit to work place every 6-8 weeks.
Honest , reliable with a sense of humour, able to spend a full shift on your feet.
A full time permanent role would be available, also opportunity to progress within the group businesses.
