Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and the wider business
  • Processing paperwork
  • Maintain records and ensure employees are kept up to date
  • Pre-employment and new starter processes
  • Exit processes
  • Follow all HR procedures and carrying out duties as directed by your line manager
  • Input and maintain HR systems e.g. Equality statistics, new employees, probation, absence records and leavers and the exit process.
  • Maintain the HR email box daily
  • Assist payroll with pay amendments, queries and letters to colleagues
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects as required
