Description

  • Agency worker payroll – Logging timesheets on internal and external systems.
  • Checking timesheets against systems for approvals, rejections and against self bills to ensure totals match.
  • Basic administration on the CRM – checking worker bookings, rates and other information
  • Setting up working placements on CRM.
  • Admin support to the Compliance team.
  • Compliance maintenance – checking what documents are set to expire
  • Gathering compliance documents and saving into shared folders.
  • Audit Admin support for payroll and compliance team.
  • Completing admin tasks on Excel shared spreadsheets.
