Apprenticeships / Level 3 (Advanced) Apprenticeship / Engineering
As a Manufacturing Apprentice, you’ll be working within either Parker Meggitt’s Coventry or Ansty Manufacturing Engineering teams. You’ll assist in the development and manufacturing of Parker Meggitt’s products, as you get hands on experience and learn what it takes to be a successful Engineer in an innovative organisation.

As a Manufacturing Apprentice, you'll be at the forefront of creating cutting-edge components. With exposure to a breadth of manufacturing processes including welding, vacuum brazing, and more, you'll delve into the exciting world of manufacturing and engineering, gaining invaluable experience in a variety of essential tasks.

About the apprenticeship…
Alongside your day role, you will work to complete Level 3 Engineering Technician Apprenticeship with a specified external training provider. This will give you the knowledge, training and external approval to do your job effectively. This apprenticeship duration is approximately 4 years in duration.

To install and maintain the sites electrical installation to the latest wiring regulations andrelevant health and safety regulations.To carry out planned and preventative maintenance as required on site machinery to ensure it issafe to use and in good working order, undertaking machinery breakdowns, including urgentbreakdowns out of hours as needed.
