Overview:
Due to continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Apprentice to join our Sales & Marketing team at Professional Security. This is a first of a kind role for the department where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a substantial impact on our company's future.



Salary: £18,000 per annum.



The Role:
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant your duties will include but are not limited to:



Digital Marketing:





  • Developing content and engagement strategies for our social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok)


  • Assisting the Head of Marketing, Talent Team and Operation Teams in the online recruitment strategy, as well as maintaining and utilising our Social Media calendar (using our social media scheduling software Hootsuite) and schedule/post timely relevant content to grow engagement.




Marketing Strategy Input / Campaigns:





  • Work with the Head of Marketing on the ongoing development and execution of the marketing strategy.


  • Contribution of ideas to marketing campaigns, digital, social media and collateral design.




Trade Marketing/PR:





  • Support and assist our Head of Marketing in creating a plan to raise awareness of Professional Security across the security marketing.


  • Support in the planning and delivery of events, conferences, and trade shows.




Sales Support:





  • Support and assist in the management of HubSpot, our Sales CRM software.


  • Support and assist in the management of DocuSign, our electronic e-signature and contract management platform.




What we are looking for:
Essential skills and qualities: 





  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal 


  • Confidence, a willingness to learn, and enthusiasm to take on new tasks 


  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook 


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 


  • Passion and enthusiasm to excel in your role

Entry requirements:





  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)


  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject




You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.



If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Future prospects:
There will be a pay review upon completion of the Apprenticeship.
