Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. 
This is your opportunity to come and join a fast-paced organization that’ll give you the chance to take on responsibility and progress your career quickly.



This diverse position in our fast-moving marketing team will give you the opportunity to explore many different areas of digital marketing, including email marketing, paid search, organic search, social media, marketing analytics and many more, but with the hope that you will in time find a particular affinity for and begin to focus on one or two of these areas.



You will be a highly motivated, driven leader who thrives in a dynamic work environment.

Salary: £18,000 per annum.



Responsibilities: 





  • Take part in content creation for digital marketing channels. This may include writing copy, devising special offers, selecting appropriate imagery, etc.


  • Assisting in devising and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels. These may include paid search, paid social, organic search, organic social, email, etc where necessary, using our CMS system to execute landing pages.


  • Undertake market research and competitor analysis in order to gain insights into the competitive landscape and devise strategies to remain competitive.


  • Work with other teams in the organisation, such as design and frontend development, to devise and manage projects for the marketing team.


  • Analyse digital marketing performance and provide feedback and recommendations to stakeholders.




What we are looking for: 
Required skills and experience:





  • Strong verbal & written communication skills with an exceptional attention to detail 


  • Strong numerical competence 


  • Familiarity with Excel and other Microsoft software 


  • A self-starter with lots of initiative, motivation and a drive to succeed; you will get plenty of support but the ability to manage your own workload and identify ways to improve is crucial 


  • Previous marketing experience desirable, but not essential




Entry requirements:





  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)


  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject




You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.



If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Future prospects:
You will gain a full-time position if you successfully complete the apprenticeship program.
