Description
As a Finance Apprentice, you will work in our Accounts Department completing various financial and administrative tasks, gaining valuable insights and skills while contributing to the smooth running of the business. This apprenticeship is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and practical experience in financial operations, preparing you for a successful career in finance.
· Assist in all aspects of finance, including use of online accounts package to prepare customer invoices, checking of supplier invoices and accounts payable/receivable. · Assist with reconciliation of bank statements and ledgers. · Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve invoice and payment queries. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases. · Help with the preparation of financial reports and summaries. · Contribute to the monthly and annual closing processes. · Perform administrative tasks that assist with the smooth running of the business. · Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your finance knowledge and skills.
