Description

You will assist the team in creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for graduates and apprentices throughout all stages of their programme, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development. No day is ever the same, one day you will be processing invoices, the next you will be coordinating an off-site meeting. If you thrive in a deadline oriented, fast-paced environment, this will be the ideal role for you.

At Lidl, your daily roles and responsiblities will include;

- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the department

- Managing emerging talent and apprenticeship email accounts

- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices

- Managing team travel bookings

- Professionally and accurately responding to inquiries from candidates, apprentices, and suppliers

- Supporting graduate development activities such as charity events, development days and onboarding events

- Supporting enrolment and ongoing management of apprentices

Alongside your daily roles and responsiblities, at Lidl, you will be working towards the Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months and this will include;

- Regular 1-1 teaching and learning sessions with your industry specialist learner coach

- Access to Aptem, our virtual learning platform, with access to a range of learning materials

- Support in achieving a Level 2 Functional Skills qualification in both Maths and English where required

- Reviews with your learner coach and manager every 12 weeks to discuss your progress

- A mixture of on-the-job and off-the-job training

The wage for this role will be £27,500 - £37,400* per annum (*this includes additional 10% non-contractual London Weighting.)

Please note, this role is a permanent position, with an apprenticeship included with an expected duration of 18 months.
