Description

QA and Impact Computing and Consulting are together working on a venture to attract a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Apprentice to join our Team. As a newly appointed Apprentice you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and executing a variety of tasks to enhance our brand visibility and engagement via social media and professional platforms. 



In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with our Managing Director to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies. We are seeking a candidate with enthusiasm for marketing and a drive to excel in this field. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a marketing graduate or apprentice who is eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, campaign management and social media engagement.



Key Responsibilities:



Social Media Management & Engagement:





  • Create engaging content for all social media platforms implement and manage our social media strategy across all online platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).


  • Foster and grow our online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging user-generated content.




Content Creation:





  • Write and edit engaging content for our website, blog, social media, email campaigns and letters




Campaign Coordination:





  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns


  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful campaign execution.


  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.




Website Management:





  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company website to ensure it is current, accurate, and engaging.


  • Work with web developers to troubleshoot and improve site performance and user experience.




Administrative Support:





  • Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and deadlines.


  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.




Skills:





  • A Marketing degree or apprenticeship


  • Can identify client problems/pain points and be creative in showcasing solutions.


  • A good understanding of social media platforms and trends.


  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.


  • Basic knowledge website content management systems (e.g., WordPress), preferable but not essential.


  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)


  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.


  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




Entry requirements:





  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)


  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject




You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.



If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
