This is a fantastic opportunity to develop within a business that has supported over 80 apprentices in partnership with QA! In 2023 alone we onboarded over 20 apprentices into our offices across Scotland.
Based in the city centre, you will provide an efficient, professional support service within the friendly Legal Support Team for all aspects of work activities.

What you will be doing:
- Master the tech: Become a system expert on Lawsoft, our internal CRM system. Search and maintain client details
- New Clients: Become competent in Worksite. Create new files, input data flawlessly
- Team Player: Collaborate with different departments
- File Management: Handle file requests from the team using MiCollab and Microsoft Outlook
- Archivist: Index and store old files
- Data Expert: Run client reports

Salary:
£19,838 per annum (nice!)
Working week:
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

And if you excel, there’s a chance for a permanent role. Many of our previous apprentices are still with the company. Future salary will be discussed should you be offered a permanent role.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
