As an IT Technician at MHouse, you’ll play a crucial role in our continued growth.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Hardware configuration: Install and configure computer hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.

  • Performance optimisation: Keep systems running smoothly by updating firmware, drivers, and BIOS settings.

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues through thorough testing and efficient problem-solving.

  • Software setup: Set up operating systems, applications, and security software.

  • User Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective software utilisation.

  • Remote assistance: Resolve IT issues for clients using remote access tools, minimising downtime.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of troubleshooting activities for future reference.

  • Data entry: Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, maintaining records in databases.

Required skills:

  • Solid computing knowledge and troubleshooting abilities

  • Familiarity with hardware and software systems

  • Excellent telephone manner and friendly demeanour

  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills

  • Interest in technology trends

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies


£18,000 - £20,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
