Description

**Duties:** - Perform clerical duties, including fi ling, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents - Computerise data and maintain electronic and hard copy fi ling systems - Uphold phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues - Type correspondence and reports accurately and effi ciently - Utilise QuickBooks for fi nancial record-keeping tasks - Profi cient in Google Suite applications for offi ce productivity - Conduct data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail - Support offi ce operations by assisting with administrative tasks as needed A & P Williams is family run business and based in Newquay. We are an internal boarding, plastering and external render company predominantly in the new build sector. This is an apprenticship and you will be required to attend Truro College (the day to be confi rmed. The course is L3 Business Admin. Wages will be discussed and is paid on a fortnightly basis.
