Description

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Participate in on-the-job training to gain practical skills in childcare, such as supervising children, implementing curricula, and managing behaviour
  • Work alongside experienced staff to learn and apply age-appropriate learning activities
  • Help ensure the safety, health, and overall well-being of the children in our care
  • Build positive relationships with children, fostering a supportive and nurturing atmosphere
  • Assist in planning and carrying out educational activities that align with the childcare curriculum
  • Collaborate with lead educators to create a stimulating and enriching learning environment
