Who you’ll be working for:



Marston Holdings work with many government agencies and are currently seeking a Digital Support Apprentice for their Inverness office. They have a strong history of supporting talent via apprenticeships with many achieving promotions.

What you will learn:



This apprenticeship is a work, earn and learn opportunity to gain new skills, knowledge, and behaviours. As an apprentice 20% of your working time is dedicated to skills development.  You receive structured training, are assigned a skills coach, attend training sessions and 1-2-1’s with your training provider.



Responsibilities:





  • Deal with inbound and outbound customer enquiries


  • Log accurate information regarding enquiries


  • Handle and resolve customer enquiries or signpost to the correct team


  • Check ID documents


  • Review video footage of ANPR cameras


  • Decide whether a contravention has taken place


  • Negotiate and set payment plans




Required skills:

  • Positive and self-motivated


  • Able to work as part of a team and on own




Salary:



£22,308 per annum



Working week:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.



On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
