Description

Job Description:



City Communications provides Telecommunications, IT & Web Services. Serving customers across the UK since 2012 we value the high-quality services we supply and that is why all of our products are designed with the user or client in mind.



You will be reporting to and working alongside the Creative and Operations Directors, your main role will include but is not limited to Social Media and Web Marketing, creating regular client content posts, creating blog posts for the websites, basic use of WordPress and website best practices.



Key Duties:





  • Managing Social Media accounts


  • Content Creation


  • Email Marketing and Campaigns


  • Writing blog posts


  • Web optimisation


  • Data reporting on the CRM


  • Website updates


  • Liaising with existing and new b2b clients




Desired Skills:





  • Good communication skills


  • IT literate


  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team


  • Polite and confident telephone manner


  • Any experience with Adobe products would be an advantage




Desired Personal Qualities:





  • Positive attitude/genuine enthusiasm


  • Willing to learn


  • Ability to take instructions


  • Well organised




Entry Requirements:





  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)


  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject




You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.



If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
