Realisable Software provides a single configurable integration/middleware/process solution used by small, medium, and large businesses worldwide. Our software primarily integrates backend accounting/ERP systems with frontend solutions such as CRM (Salesforce, others), eCommerce (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, etc.), 



Overview:
Become part of our small development team to develop user interfaces for our middleware solution and supporting business applications.
Position: Frontend Developer Apprentice --- Software Development Level 4 program.



Duties: 
This role involves:





  • Designing and developing user interfaces using JavaScript-based technologies, CSS, and C# within the .NET Blazor framework.


  • Collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality UI design and functionality.


  • Participating in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.


  • Growing through the apprenticeship to become an integral team member.




Desirable skills:





  • Attention to detail: A good eye for design aesthetics and detail.


  • UX knowledge: Awareness of current UX and design trends and styles.


  • Technical experience: Either limited IT experience with a desire to move into frontend development or demonstrated knowledge of UI design through personal or professional projects.


  • Problem-solving: Ability to break down issues, identify causes, and implement solutions.


  • Proactiveness: Inquisitive and proactive nature, willing to ask important questions.




Personal qualities:





  • Communication: High degree of English proficiency, confident in both written and spoken communication.


  • Team player: Ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment.


  • Eager learner: Enthusiastic about learning different front-end development, testing, and CI/CD skills.


  • Adaptability: Willingness to tackle a broad range of tasks in a dynamic work environment.




Entry requirements:





  • The learner must have completed a Level 3 Software Development Apprenticeship with QA or have an equivalent qualification with another training provider


  • OR an A-level in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) subject and a successful completion of our aptitude test


  • OR a BTEC Diploma in IT and a successful completion of our aptitude test


  • OR 2 years’ experience in a relevant role and successful completion of our aptitude test




You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.



If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Your Working Environment:
This role is almost 100% office-based at our office near Liverpool Street, London.



Annual salary: From £21,000 up to £28,000 per annum.
