This 9-week skills bootcamp is an opportunity for individuals aged 19+ to enter the IT Support industry, regardless of previous experience or qualifications. Developed in partnership with Microsoft, this free programme offers comprehensive training, mentoring, and support to help you secure a job as an IT Support Analyst, Helpdesk Analyst, or Technical Analyst.
The programme also provides pathways to progress into high-demand roles like Cyber Security Analyst and Penetration Tester.

- Available for 9 weeks full-time and ready to start a
full-time job immediately after the course

- Resident in the UK or European Economic Area for at least
3 years
- Relevant Right to Work in the UK (excluding certain visa
types)
- Currently living in Greater London, Greater Manchester,
Leeds/Bradford, or the West Midlands
- Free Training: 9 weeks of comprehensive training to launch
your IT Support career.
- Cyber Security Skills: Introductory training on
networking, configuring accounts, and more.
- Mentoring: One-to-one mentoring during the programme and
for 6 months after completion.

This programme trains you to become a IT Support Analyst –
other job titles of recent graduates include Helpdesk Analyst and Technical
Analyst.
If you choose to go onto specialise in Cyber Security, with
more training you could progress to roles including Cyber Security Analyst and
Penetration Tester within 5 years of starting your career in IT Support.
