Overview:



KN Circet are currently recruiting for a Digital Estimates Apprentice to complement our existing team. As part of the Estimates Validation team, you will be tasked with completing the day to day administration of contracts while maintaining accurate and up to date records as per KN Circet’s requirements. You will participate in the successful delivery of various contracts work orders and compiling reports on behalf of Project and Contract managers.



Responsibilities: 





  • Validating work orders to ensure contracted tasks are deliverable within agreed timescales


  • Providing accurate information about other utilities in the vicinity of our excavation works


  • Ensuring that all utility prints are accurately analysed


  • Providing sub- contractors accurate noticing information via Aurora


  • Taking information from Aurora to develop and maintain the Management Information System (MIS)


  • Providing status reporting to assist with financial reporting, planning and monthly P&Ls


  • Issuing work orders to Project Managers/Front Line Managers


  • Identifying, managing and reporting on any dependencies, milestones, critical path and potential risks/issues


  • Effectively managing and documenting any issues/escalations raised




Required skills: 





  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and planning skills


  • Effective time management skills


  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team


  • A good understanding of project governance and control


  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel




Salary:



£21,000 per annum



Working hours:



40 hours per week
