Description
As a Paralegal Apprentice, your main responsibilities will include:
- To support their legal team with administrative tasks.
- Conduct legal research and gathering relevant information to progress a client matter.
- Ensuring records are meticulously maintained and up to date.
- Interacting with clients and other parties to facilitate communication and to support case management.
- Assist Open Law in maintaining compliance with Ant-Money Laundering Regulations by providing through support in compliance checks, documentation, and reporting, ensuring adherence to all legal standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
- Understanding and following all relevant Open Law policies and procedures.

Paralegal Level 3 apprenticeship standard

Working Week: Monday to Friday from 09:00 till 17:00.
Salary - National Minimum Wage for Age
***Flexibility to be able to work at either Slaithwaite and Honley offices of Open Law (approximately 6/7 miles from one office to the other)***
