Description
At Little Angels Nursery and Pre-School our aim is to provide a happy, loving and stimulating environment, where all children will be encouraged to develop intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically.
As our apprentice, you will be involved in all activities childcare related including the following:
- Preparing food and feeding of both babies and children
- Nappy changing
- Setting up rooms for the day, including play activities etc
- Completing reports for the day on children to feedback to parents
- Completing all admin related to job role
- Planning daily activities
- Reading, singing, story telling etc.
Rotating shifts between 8.00am and 6.00pm ( Monday to Friday)

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your
employer. Little Angels Nursery will provide you with all of the on-the-job
training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning
will be incorporated as part of your working day.
If successful, you will complete a level 2 early years practitioner apprentice standard, which includes;
•Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
•Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Qualification
•Functional skills in Maths and English if required
This will be delivered through Little Angels Day Nurserys dedicated
training provider, Realise.
