George & Dragon have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, friendly and reliable to join their successful team as an Apprentice Trainee Hospitality Supervisor.

Whilst you employed you will work towards achieving a Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship. You will have a workplace mentor and also Inspiro Learning to support and encourage you throughout your apprenticeship.

Duties include

  • Successful day to day supervision of the Restaurant/Bar (team leader, trainee manager, supervisor barista food drink )
  • Ensure all Health and Safety standards are met
  • Ensure all guest complaints are dealt with prominently and efficiently
  • Continuously delivering great customer service
  • A hands on approach to be able to lead and set good example to others
  • Serving Hot, cold & alcoholic beverages (barista, bar, public house, team member)
