As a Digital Support Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our office. Your main responsibilities will include:





  • Becoming a system expert using our CRM system, Alto, to manage client information, notes, and property preferences.


  • Accessing and responding to voicemails, ensuring timely call-back's to clients.


  • Monitoring and responding to emails in the Reception inbox (Outlook), addressing inquiries efficiently.


  • Making viewing feedback calls to clients and updating vendors on appointment outcomes.


  • Answering incoming calls and handling day-to-day inquiries professionally.


  • Sending end-of-day emails to update vendors on the status of their properties.


  • Collaborating with the entire office team, including estate agents, directors, finance, and legal departments.


  • Use excel to support tracking of business


  • Use SharePoint for storing Client files

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


  • Familiarity with Outlook and Excel.

This role offers excellent long-term prospects for career development. As you gain experience and expertise, there may be opportunities to progress within the within our estate agency to be a negotiator, or valuer. Or there could be opportunity to move into our mortgage business and be put through their exams to become a mortgage adviser. We are committed to supporting our apprentices in achieving their career goals and offer ongoing training and development opportunities.

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.



On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
