Eurovia Infrastructure Limited is a global contracting and production business that specialises in all forms of surfacing, plus bitumen and asphalt manufacturing into the highway, commercial and airfield sectors.

Overview:
We are looking for reliable and motivated individual to join our busy CCTV department as a trainee engineer. 
The candidate will be undertaking a Networking Engineer Level 4 apprenticeship as the skills learnt will transfer directly to their role within the CCTV team. 



Salary:
£18,000 per annum. 



Key Tasks and Responsibilities: 





  • Operate MEWP


  • Service and maintain public space CCTV


  • Install Public space CCTV 


  • Install, configure and troubleshoot wireless solutions from specifications


  • Undertake PAT testing 


  • Undertake Fire alarm and emergency lighting testing/maintenance 


  • To actively foster a positive staff morale


  • Diagnose issues & disclose incidents




Desirable skills & Personal qualities:





  • Team player

  • Good telephone manner


  • Time Management


  • PC literacy


  • Organisational skills


  • Accuracy/attention to detail


  • Ability to work with minimal supervision




Essential: 
Having a full driving licence and your own vehicle is required - as the role involves travelling.



Due to our client base and security clearance requirements, it is also essential that applicants do not have a criminal record.



Entry Requirements:





  • an A-Level in ICT


  • OR an International Baccalaureate at Level 3 ICT


  • OR an A-Level 3 apprenticeship in a similar subject


  • OR a BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (180 credits)




You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.



If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
