Description
Duties to include:
- Managing the email inboxes for the P&I team (Both the P&I & Recruitment) - responding to emails in a polite and courteous manner;
- Meeting administration. Setting up meetings, booking meeting rooms, making travel arrangements, sending out agenda, collating and circulating papers in a timely manner;
- Supporting with administrative tasks, including; chasing for missing documents, filing, photocopying, data entry and dealing with the incoming and outgoing post
- Conducting pre-employment checks for all new starters;
- Supporting the People Operations Assistants with the administration, co-ordination and support of all recruitment activities, including drafting and placement of advertisements, organising and arranging interviews and the co-ordination of the combined vacancy log;
- Supporting the People Operations Assistants with the new starter on boarding process and organisation and facilitation of the company induction process;
- Providing administration support for new starters, leavers, transfers and contractual changes, including the preparation of contractual documentation and updating the HR database (Cascade) for starters & leavers;
- Uploading new starters to our intranet page;
- Maintaining and updating our organisational chart for the business;
- Reporting. Running reports on an ad-hoc basis as and when requested;
- Providing administration support of all company benefits schemes and queries including notification of new joiners and leavers;
- Supporting the P&I team with adhoc project work to support the organisation and capability deliverables;
- Liaising with external suppliers, maintaining and building relationships;
- Any ad-hoc duties which may arise.

- High level of accuracy and attention detail
- Previous experience within an administrative capacity
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
5 GCSEs Grade A*-C Including English and Maths

Potential for a full time role dependant on business needs.
- Competitive salary between £15,000 to £21,000 per annum.
- Working hours – 8am till 4pm (37-minute lunch break).
