Vacancy description:
•
Customer
Support: Provide excellent customer service by handling enquiries and bookings
via phone and email. Answer customer queries regarding recycling services,
collection schedules, and waste management procedures.
•
Problem
Solving: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns, such as
missed collections, billing issues, or service requests.
•
Ensure
resolutions are communicated effectively.
•
Service
Scheduling: Assist customers in scheduling recycling and waste collection
services. Ensure timely coordination between customers, our transport and sales
teams.
•
Data
Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input customer information and bookings
into our system (Purgo)
• Collaboration: Work with other departments,
including transport and sales, to ensure smooth service delivery and address
customer concerns promptly.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
with release day for college attendance.

You will be required to attend Exeter College one day a week (during term time) as part of your apprenticeship, starting from March, working towards your Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship.
