Description

  • Handling Logistics – book daily shipping requirements working with shipping provider.
  • Providing tracking information to customers.
  • Handling queries regarding deliveries.
  • Customs Clearance instructions as and when required for incoming shipments.
  • Organising collection of parcels to be returned to Morgan.
  • Participate in training sessions and assessments as part of the apprenticeship qualification.
  • Collate information for reports e.g. late deliveries – goods damaged on delivery.
  • Organising and filing of necessary documentation within the department.
  • Negotiating the best possible rates and delivery times with our shipping provider.
  • Contacting customers with updates on delays with deliveries.
  • Working with other members of the parts team to deliver the best service possible.
