Description
Accountabilities & Activities:
Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram using Canva and other design tools.
- Create and schedule regular social media posts to boost engagement and brand visibility.
- Edit long-form videos into short, engaging clips suitable for LinkedIn and other social media channels.
SEO and Website Management:
- Support the optimisation of the Fab Solutions website using basic SEO principles.
- Assist with managing the website's content and layout through WordPress.
Email Marketing and Lead Generation:
- Build and grow an email subscriber base using tools like HubSpot, creating lead magnets, eBooks, and gated content to capture potential client emails.
- Design and execute email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp to generate leads and drive traffic to the website.
- Develop and distribute a bi-monthly newsletter to engage subscribers and provide valuable updates.
Campaign Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse the performance of social media and email marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on digital marketing activities and suggest areas for improvement.
Freedom of Action:
- A Autonomously manage digital marketing projects, making strategic decisions aligned with company goals.
- Exercise independent judgment in content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
- Escalate issues to senior management when necessary while maintaining overall responsibility for project outcomes.
Training, Qualifications & Experience:
- An understanding of digital marketing with a focus on social media management, content creation, and video editing.
- Knowledge of Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, and video editing tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and experience with WordPress.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Mailchimp.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organisational skills.
