Description
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management:
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s complex calendar.
- Organize meetings, calls, and appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively resolve conflicts in scheduling and adjust plans as needed.
Travel Coordination:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle visa applications and ensure the CEO has all necessary documents for business travel.
Email & Communication Management:
- Screen, organize, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO.
- Draft professional correspondence and communicate with high-level executives, clients, and partners.
Project Management:
- Assist with the coordination and execution of special projects, both business-related and personal.
- Track key project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
Meeting Preparation:
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings.
- Attend meetings as needed to take notes and follow up on action items.
Administrative Support:
- Handle personal tasks for the CEO such as managing appointments, errands, and family arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive business and personal matters.
Event Planning:
- Coordinate and plan corporate events, off-sites, and team meetings.
- Assist with logistics for industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements for the CEO

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
