Work Pattern: Travelling Appointment (Commercial/Field or Multi-Site Appointments)
Location: Midlands/South (This role is home based with travel around the Midlands/South of the UK, so the ideal candidate would be based here)

What will you be doing?
- Proactively identifying and engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, showcasing Schneider Electric RTC products, negotiating terms, and sealing deals.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Staying updated on RTC Industry trends.
- Collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to craft impactful go-to-market strategies and offer valuable feedback from ongoing customer interactions.
- Participating in Trade Shows and undertaking additional training for skills enhancement as needed.

Desirable

The Programme is 12-months in duration and includes two 6-month placements that are carefully organised by Hiring Managers to optimise their Graduate’s Experience, Exposure and Education.
What does the future look like?
After completing the programme, performance pending, you will successfully transition into a permanent position with the team/business you have worked in as a Graduate.
Please Note: This role requires a full UK driver’s license.
The final assessment for this role will be taking place face to face on the 23rd of January 2025, the location of this will be confirmed closer to the time.
